A: Unfortunately, if you didn't apply for a transfer during the transfer period, your account is not subject to recover/retrieve.
In this case, you need to sign up for a new account to play the game.
Q: Someone offered to sell me his account with high level characters, can I take up the offer?
A: According to our Abuse Policy, buying/selling/ trading of accounts is not allowed.
By taking up the offer, you may risk having the account banned and wiped. You may also be subject to potential scams if the seller claims that his account was hacked and wants to retrieve it.

A: In order to retrieve your password, kindly follow the steps below:

c. An email will be sent (to the email address that you registered with us), and you will be able to create a new password.

A: If you forgot your second Password, please follow the steps below:
To reset your second Password:
a. Log in to the official Dragon Nest site - http://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Login
b. Go to Support and click on the [2nd Password] option on the menu.
c. Make sure you are logged out of the game.
d. On the website, click on the [Reset my second password] button.
e. Click on [Ok] when prompted to initialize the second password.
f. An email will be sent to your registered email address to verify the request.
g. Check your email and click on the link in the verification email to create a new second password.
Q: I want to delete my Dragon Nest account
A: In accordance with our service operation policy, all users can submit account deletion inquiries to EYEDENTITY.
When accepting this claim, we'll do the [Account Delete] process, which will delete all your information and data in our game.
This means that you cannot play Dragon Nest anymore with the account you are requesting to be deleted.
Please be sure about the account deletion request. Deleted accounts cannot be restored for any reason.
If you decide to leave Dragon Nest, please send us a 1:1 inquiry.
Our service officer may ask several questions to verify your identification in order to delete the account.
Once we have verified all steps, we will send [Delete Confirmation Email] to your e-mail registered with Dragon Nest.
Q: Why do I encounter the error message `Account locked. (1005)`
A: The error code means that your account has been temporarily locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts.

A: You may request to resend another verification email by simply doing the following:
1. Log into the Dragon Nest website with the newly registered email address and password.
2. On the new page, click on the 'Resending verification mail' link
3. Click on the new verification link in the mail.
4. Verification should be complete.
