Q: How do I get the mounts that I saw in the game?

A: You may have the chance to get the latest updated mount by opening the Mount Box.

Mount boxes can be purchased in quantities of 1 or 10 via the Cash shop in-game. 

Q: How do I use the Cash Shop in the game?

A: You can access the Cash Shop by pressing F11.

The currency used in Cash Shop includes EYE Total (=EYET=CherryCredit=CC), EYE Credit (=Paypal with restrictions; refer to Terms of Sales), and DNP.

You may top-up your EYET and EYEC by:

a. Login to the official Dragon Nest site - http://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Login

b. Click on [EYE Cash] on the top bar of the website.

Q: What is EYE Cash?

A: The official virtual point of EYEDENTITY Games to obtain in-game cash items offered by EYEDENTITY Games.

There are two types of EYE Cash:

[EYE Total]

Eye Total can be purchased with a Cherry Credit prepaid card. EYE Total can be used to buy every Cash Item in the Cash Shop

[EYE Credit]

Eye Credit can be purchased with PayPal. However, there are some restrictions on Cash Items that can be purchased with EYE Credit.

Q: I purchased an item in the Cash Shop, my EYE Cash got deducted, but I was not given the item. What should I do?

A: Please send a 1:1 inquiry via the main webpage

a. Log in to the official Dragon Nest site - http://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Login

b. Click on the [1:1 Inquire] option in the Support Section on the main page.

c. Select [Cash Shop] in the Topic and fill up the required information in the form.

d. Submit the form.

Our Customer Service Officer will arrange for the crediting of the item once they verify the situation.

Q: How do I top up EYET via CC?

A: Once you have loaded your Cherry account with CC, follow the below steps to get EYET.

1. Log into your account from the top right panel at https://sea.dragonnest.com/main

2. Select “EYE CASH” at the top right panel

3. Under the EYET (EYE Total),  select +Input.”

4. A small window will appear, make sure Cherry Credits is selected and click on “Option Checked”.

5. Select the amount you wish to top up and click on Charge.” 

6. A new window will appear, Enter your login ID and password for your Cherry Account and click on “GO”  (Ensure that pop-up is allowed for https://sea.dragonnest.com/)

7. Check that the amount you wish to top up is correct, then key in the 6-digit security PIN and click on “Confirm” below.

8. You have now successfully top-up your EYET
